Valeria Mack
Chief Culture Officer
As the culture of DHP is of utmost importance, Val serves to deliver essential insights regarding the methodology and mindset required to sustain the desired culture.
As a confidante, catalyst, and coach, Val leads DHP with integrity and grace as she holistically connects with our team members and clients, authentically guiding them towards their goals.

Prior to joining DHP, Val served as a strategic leader for a Fortune 500 company for over 25 years.
There, she drove various key aspects of operations, including HR optimization & resource generation, business development, and customer service, spending the majority of her career leading supply chain operations.
She procured, mentored, and led top-performing teams by developing authentic relationships, delivering individual and group training, and providing her staff with the proper tools to maximize their effectiveness.
Kady Chaffin, CTRS
Operations Director
Kady’s key focus is creating an exceptional experience for clients and all associated parties.
Kady oversees all daily operations within DHP and serves as a liaison for the DHP clinical staff, case managers, payors or legal representatives, client family members, and most importantly the client.

With a background in Recreation and Life Skills Therapy at the Shepherd Center, Kady has first hand experience working with patients living with complex neurological disorders.
In her time at DHP, Kady has served as the Clinical Coordinator and Operations Manager. Kady aides in onboarding the client and all associated parties, assigning and overseeing our team of skilled therapists throughout the state of Georgia, and working with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for each of our clients.
The depth and variety of Kady’s experience was a perfect fit for DHP, where Kady is able to deliver exceptional service to all we serve.
Anastasia Ford, CCM
Case Manager
As a Case Manager at DHP, Anastasia assists clients with navigating their medical needs and creating self-confidence for them and their families, as well as accessing all tools available.

Anastasia graduated from Calvin University and has a true passion for health care. Since 2006, she has worked directly with catastrophically injured patients during their inpatient and post acute care. Anastasia has a whole person approach to the journey of recovery.
Motivated to assist those who have sustained a major life change, Anastasia is an asset to DHP, where she is able to make a difference in the lives of others.
Angie Pihera, MS, CTRS, CCM

As a Case Manager at DHP, Angie supports the client and their family with navigating the complex healthcare system, while ensuring they are maximizing their benefits, resources, and therapeutic potential.

Angie graduated with a master’s degree in Recreation Therapy from the University of Tennessee in 2008. During her career, Angie has worked with clients in various stages of their neuro-rehabilitation journeys in multiple capacities including aquatics, recreation therapy, life skills therapy, and now case management.
Angie’s compassion and breadth of experience are vital assets to the DHP team.
